about Jimmy

            My name is Jimmy Hong. I come from Taiwan, and I lived in Taipei. I am 19 years old right now and I just finished my army. America is a really great place for me. People around here are nice, this is a huge cultural difference compared to Taiwan.

            I love to play sports; it can make me stronger and healthy. My favorite sport is basketball; I started when I was in grade 8. The reason I play is because I can earn attraction from girls. I always play against people that are much better than me, so my skills improve very fast. I play school teams for 5 years, and I have invincible season when I was in grade 9.

            I have a lot of interests. I like to hang out with friends, watch movies, and play video games. Especially I like music very much; it really does help when I am stressed or upset. I also like to feed dogs. When I see them it really makes me feel comfortable.

            The reason I picked New York is because I admired this place for a long time. Right now I achieved my dream; I will study hard for my school work. I hope I can make a lot of friends from different countries, and have a wonderful college life.
