It is amazing how could days
go very fast. I remember my first day here at SUNY NP was in the beginning of
this year Jan 2012. It was last spring semester. It was snowing and very cold
days. I was really scared and worried about studying abroad and being in a new
country.
Then,
a new chapter was begun after I took the placement test and being officially
student in SUNY NP. My new life began in the U.S as a student. And I had
started to feel home sick and loneliness.
At the middle
of the semester and after I spent a month in New paltz. I started to get involved with my ESL
classes and the U.S community and felt happy again. I got adapted to the new
atmosphere and enjoyed my new life.
What I really like here in SUNY NP, is the atmosphere here very
comfortable, the town is very quite and people were very peaceful. Teachers are
very friendly, helpful and cooperative. Also, I have learned a lot from them.
In addition to, there is a big improvement in my English as a second language.
I gained a lot knowledge from SUNY NP ESL classes.
Now
at the end of level three of ESL, I would like to say I’m thankful for God for
being here, second I’m thankful for King Abdullah scholarship program for this
great opportunity. I would like to say thank you to all my ESL teachers for
their efforts and sporting me and for being there for me. Also, I would like to
say thank you to my classmate.
Now you need more time to rest and writing for the birth of the baby!!!
